Transit & Handling Time

Generally, the expedited shipping method are in transit for 5-8 business days and the standard shipping are in transit for 8-12 business days. The specific delivery time shall be subject to the logistics. 

Order handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

The shipping costs vary based on weight/dimensions of items in your cart. For the standard shipping, the shipping fee starts from $5.99, and the expedited shipping fee starts from $29.99. Normally you buy more products and the shipping fee is more expensive, but we are now proving FREE SHIPPING for orders over $40. Customer can use the code SHIP40 to redeem.

Shipping Rates

Preparation for shipping normally takes 1-2 business days after payment. The transportation may take 5-8 or 8-12 business days and the specific delivery time shall be subject to the logistics.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Customers are responsible for local duties or taxes.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete and safe to ship to non PO Box shipping address when you place your order. Please verify you entered the complete shipping address including unit number and reachable phone number when completing checkout, there will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability. We are not responsible for the package once the carrier has delivered and provided proof of delivery.  Please make sure you plan accordingly.

Change Of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at  rubiecostume@gmail.com.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation will be sent, which will include a tracking number.  If you do not see your order tracking email information, please check your junk or spam folders.
